Pugh Matrix Template

Pugh matrix is a tool to valuate multiple alternatives to a problem and find the best of them. Pugh matrix template uses a point system of -,0,+. A baseline must be fixed as a standard to compare all items. If the feature of the item is below the baseline then it is marked (-), if it is above the baseline then it is  (+) , and if the item has exact baseline quality then (0) is used to denote it. All values are then summed up and compared to find the best item of the batch.

The texts in the template can be changed to fit your descriptions. The number of columns can be increased or decreased to present the number of features your items have. The Pugh matrix template works with PowerPoint, keynote and google slides.
