Description

A table-based project status report divided into three sections: Completed Items, In Progress, and Assigned but Not Started. Each section is color-coded with its own header band. Five columns across all three sections: Project, Task, Team Members, Estimation, and Notes. Two rows per section for task entries. All text is editable.

What It’s For

Weekly project updates, sprint reviews, standup summaries, and stakeholder status meetings. Fill in the table with your current tasks, who owns them, estimated timelines, and any notes. The three-section split gives a clear snapshot of what’s done, what’s active, and what hasn’t kicked off yet.

Useful for project managers reporting to leadership, team leads running sprint reviews, coordinators tracking deliverables across teams, and consultants updating clients on project progress.

What You Can Change

Add or remove rows to match your task count. Update project names, task descriptions, team member names, dates, and notes. Change the section colors to match your company or project branding. Add more sections if you need categories beyond the default three. Works in both PowerPoint and Google Slides without breaking the table layout.
