Supportive: Those who can deliver principals or play a supporting role in implementation.
Consulted: Those whose ideas are patterned; and with whom there is two-way communication.
Informed: Those who are had report on progress, often only on conclusion of the action step or deliverable; and with whom there is just one-way communication.
