Emotional arousal, or stage fright, is one of the major barriers to public speaking or giving presentations. In the initial stages, this type of nervousness is common, but with experience, one becomes a perfect speaker. Do uncompromised practices to avoid anxiety. That means knowing your material inside and out and being confident in your delivery. Practising in front of family and friends can also help you become more comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
