How to Use Format Tools in SlideBazaar Add-in

Introduction 

SlideBazaar’s PowerPoint add-in comes with a useful feature called Format Tools, that can be used to enhance your presentation workflow. These formatting tools can be placed as a sidebar on the right side of the screen, giving you easy access to all its features. This is a guide on how to use Format Tools SlideBazaar add-in. 

Getting started 

Format Tools appear on the right side of the screen in PowerPoint. If you cannot see it, click on Format Tools in the ribbon. 

The Format Tools sidebar is divided into different sections. Let’s go through each section and find out what they do: 

Insert 

This section lets you insert templates, themes, illustrations, icons, and more, directly into your slides. These buttons are always visible on your sidebar, making it easy to access. Clicking on each button will open a dialog box, where you can add what you want to your slides easily. 

Font 

This part of Format Tools can be used to manipulate the fonts used in your presentations. Including text alignment, size, and so much more. 

Alignment 

This section can be used to align graphical elements in your slides. This is a useful feature when you’re trying to build your graphical elements. With a click of a button, you can easily align these elements as you want. 

Selection 

This section lets you group, ungroup, bring to front, send to back, etc. Pretty useful when you’re working with many different elements in your slides. 

Vector

This section is useful when you’re trying to create new shapes with other shapes.   

Rotation

These buttons help you easily change the orientation of your graphical elements in your slides.
